This website uses Google Analytics to help analyze how users use the site. If you should terminate your relationship your personal information will be retained for the period stipulated in the NORDP record retention schedule, (such schedule being established on the basis of Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles including statutory requirements, statutes of limitation and limitation of action and audit verification requirements.)

Membership in NORDP is voluntary. There is no statutory requirement to provide this information. You have the right to withdraw consent to the collection of your information and to cancel membership in NORDP at any time. No refund of unexpired membership dues will be provided in the event of such cancellation. You have the right to file a complaint regarding the National Organization of Research Development Professionals website privacy policy and practices with United States Federal Trade Commission, which regulates the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information maintained is not subject to any automated decision making. Policies for information use are set by the Board of Directors of the National Organization of Research Development Professionals and are subject to change based on the actions of the Board. 

If you are making a purchase: We will request financial information including your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. Any financial information we collect is used only to bill you for your purchase. This information may be forwarded to your credit card provider. Requests for refunds will be considered on a case by case basis, using the appropriate data. We will not disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary, including: To fulfill your requests, to protect ourselves from liability, to comply with the terms and conditions of our internet host provider or government agency.
