The 9th Annual NORDP Research Development Conference will be held May 8-10, 2017 at the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Denver, Colorado. To take advantage of our special discounted conference rate, book your room now using our NORDP hotel reservations website.
The conference is a three-day event focused on understanding key trends in research funding, networking with colleagues, and discussing the programs, tools and skills that research development (RD) professionals bring to help organizations attract extramural research funding, increase institutional competitiveness, create research relationships, and foster innovation.
Prominent keynote speakers, as well as federal and private funding agencies representatives, will inform and inspire attendees. In addition, there will be a strong cadre of presenter-initiated sessions covering such topics as facilitating team science, proposal development, systems and tools for tracking research productivity, building research development infrastructure, research development in an undergraduate setting, and more. This year we’re also continuing RD Pillar presentations covering RD Fundamentals and Leadership Development in Research Development.
